Love the TV but reliability is questionable.

I would give this TV a 5 stars but at month 10 the WiFi is starting to fail in the TV. I lose connection at least once a day and it is a pain to get it reconnected. It isnt my WiFi signal because all of my other electronics connected dont have an issue. I have contacted LG customer service because the 1 year warranty is still active through LG. I am on week 3 and still no repair yet.

Tv stopped working 40 days into ownership. LG arranged for repair but the repair company only made a phone call and never came out. They said they had to order parts for the repair from LG. My television of which we paid a lot of money for has been down for weeks with no idea on how long it will take for the pars and repair to happen.

Best Tv I ever owned. It is like looking out a window when watching it. Even older media looks great on this tv. The bezel is so thin it looks like a picture hanging on the wall. Even streaming services all look incredible on this TV.

Was unfortunate and did have an issue where my screen ended up being defective but was able to get it completely replaced and fixed under manufacturer warranty. I bought this TV about a month ago and upgraded from an LGB7 let me start by saying this upgrade is the real deal. The new OS supports many more apps and is no longer sluggish and the picture quality is 10x better. Colors are natural and darker scenes look even better. The b7 is fantastic but the new C2 is leaps and bounds ahead. LG continues to amaze me with their OLED line and I will recommend this TV to anyone both new and old alike. Do yourself a favor and purchase this TV you wont be disappointed

Overall we love the TV. Its got great picture and its very intelligent when I want to switch over to my gaming system it recognizes I turned it on and switches over and adjusts setting based on what Im doing on the TV. Its smart remote pointer is a little annoying but Im sure I could turn it off if I tried to figure it out. Interface is meh. Not the best not the worst Ive ever expierences.

I initially bought the 65 inch to replace my old 65 inch. I decided to upgrade to the 77 inch and am glad I did. Installation was easy. Getting into my apps was more or less painless except where I couldnt remember my passwords but that is in no way a fault of LG. I am very happy with the TV. The color is great and a definite step up from the 2015 set I had.

First I should say Im not an electronic wiz and a smart TV and Magic remote without good manuals makes everything a challenge. My TV is set up with a AV receiver controlling sound and several other components. Due to my using a universal remote to control everything the people who set up the TV got it working but little else. The TV is great. Super picture and has lots of HDMI inputs but since I was using the AVR for sound I had an immediate problem. Great picture no sound. It seems that the sound travels from the TV to the AVR via HDMI arc. My AVR which I have had for many years did not have HDMI arc. Now I have a new AVR and have sound. A magic remote is supplied and I suppose its good but with little to no easy to access user manual it has been a struggle to use it same with the TV. I can access many apps but to use the remote to control things has been a real struggle. I have never had a problem with new electronics but having all manuals on line especially after having spent a good deal of money to purchase the TV is to me a real problem. Not everyone has a computer near their TV or a printer to print it out.

Great TV until you need a repair

I purchased the TV and 10 months in the Power Supply board went bad. They Dispatched it out to a company that is 11 miles from where I live and the denied to come to my house stating it was too far. LG did not inform me I found out by looking this up. After talking to them they said they will try to find a different repair company that may take up to 10 days if they can find one. If not they stated that if you go to their resolution team.

I have had the LG C2 77 for 2 weeks and it is even better than expected. I was worried about the brightness but have no issues with watching in a bright room. The C2 is paired with a Roku box and 5.1 Denon receiver and everything works seemlessly. Upscaling my picture from a local antenna is great I have nothing but praise for this TV.

I had previously bought two 4k budget friendly TVs. They were considered the best in that category and I thought they were great. Then I bought the C2 and oh my goodness. Immediate noticeable quality upgrade in everything movies games. I am still getting used to the interface I have been using ROKU for years so I am more used to that. There are also apps I had previously that dont seem to have versions for the LG OS crunchyroll. Not a deal breaker just an adjustment.

The three areas it falls short and I have problems with: Im not a fan of the user interface the TV doesnt automatically connect with my sound bar and I cant throw someone on the screen via built in chrome cast.

I bought the TV a month and a half ago and I loved it for the three weeks that it worked. Unfortunately the OLED screen failed after three weeks - a severe band of pixelation down the right hand side. LG wanted to replace the screen not replace the TV. Working with BestBuy to replace the TV. Expensive TVs like this should not fail after three weeks. The process of replacing the TV has taken weeks. Not a great customer experience.

First OLED TV

Purchased this LG 77 inch Oled for our living room. Have many windows so from other reviewers we had some concern about excess light in our viewing space. For us this has not been an issue at all. The TV is very bright and we run it at 80 percent brightness whether day or night. The picture exceeded our expectation as the colors were bright and almost jumped off the screen. The real blacks took a while to get used to as on our LED TV the blacks were closer to charcoal black. The operating system is still a challenge as it is nothing like what we are used to. Out of the box the colors/contrast/brightness was not to our liking so we did a lot of manual adjustments. Once adjusted it looks just to our liking Would recommend this TV based on our two weeks of use. Time will tell as they say for its longevity.

Ive owned a B7 C9 I must say that the C3 blows them out of the water in terms of features and picture quality. If youre a gamer pick this TV up while you still can it offers GSYNC and Freesync with a game optimizer

Loved it when it when it worked

I had it for 3days and loved it. On the forth day it would not stay on it would shut down. I contacted LG then a repair shop called and they ordered parts. So far I am still waiting for it to get repaired going on 2+ weeks. I hope this set gets repaired so I can enjoy it.

Amazing Picture

I selected the 77 inch LG C2 after months of debating. So far we are approaching the 1 month mark and everything has gone well. Installation was a breeze as the set it so light. The interface is very easy to use and I actually love the remote. Overall its a very good tv and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

I love the picture quality and the excellent viewing angle of this new TV. My only qualm is that it doesnt interface with my DIRECTV at all. I have to manipulate two different remote controls to access my DIRECTV properly and I still have not figured out how to access my DVR portion of the DIRECTV.

I never thought i could get a better picture than my previous LG OLED 65 inch curved TV. I was wrong. This new 77 inch LG OLED is the best picture i have ever seen. I cant recommend strongly enough. If you are looking for the ultimate in viewing pleasure at a really affordable price then this is your TV
